By use and access of the services provided by Royalty Wanderlust, LLC dba Royal Wanderlust ("Royal Wanderlust" and/or "RW" and/or "our") (who is an Independent Agency affiliated with KHM Travel Group) and our website - you are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions" and/or "T&C"). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products or services through our website, email or website - you, the purchaser and/or traveler ("Customer", and/or "Client", and/or "Passenger", and/or "Traveler", and/or "you/your") agree to be bound by these terms. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TERMS PRIOR TO UTILIZING OUR SERVICES AND WEBSITE. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Royal Wanderlust and you, the Customer. These terms restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to Royal Wanderlust. These also include, warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that (a) this is a fair balance because our website is accessible by you with ease and at no charge to access this website; and (b) if you do not agree with or do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you can elect not to use this website or Royal Wanderlust's services. Thus, if anything in these Terms & Conditions, including warranty disclaimers and liability exclusions, that you disagree with or are not willing to be bound by / or, if something is missing from this T&C that you consider essential, then you must not utilize our services or website. All content, products, and services on this website, or obtained from a linked site, as well as service provided by Royal Wanderlust employees - are provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind. Either express or implied, including - but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchant/supplier/vendor availability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy. ROYAL WANDERLUST DOES NOT ENDORSE AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR (a) the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, statement or advice made through a website by any party; (b) any content provided on linked sites; nor (c) the capabilities or reliability of any service or product obtained from a linked site or from an employee of Royal Wanderlust. Confidentiality of User Communication(s) & Privacy Policy
Except as required by law, and in accordance with Royal Wanderlust's Privacy Policy; Royal Wanderlust will maintain confidentiality of all user communications which contain sensitive and personal user information - which are submitted to Royal Wanderlust. Postings by any user on any message board, chat room or on social media, will not be protected as confidential; and Royal Wanderlust may use and provide the information contained in any such postings - which can include any ideas, concepts or other IP - to its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates for any purchase deemed as necessary and appropriate by Royal Wanderlust.
All users of our website should be aware that any linked sites may contain a confidentiality policy or provision that may differ from the provisions as outlined by Royal Wanderlust. RW is not responsible for such provisions; and expressly disclaim any and all liability related to such provisions and/or policies.
At all times your information will be treated in accordance with Royal Wanderlust's Privacy Policy; which is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions and can be viewed by CLICKING HERE.
Travel Documents & Identification Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of each user and customer to obtain and carry the necessary travel documents for travel booked. This includes a valid passport, visa(s), government or state issued ID card, and all other documents as required by applicable government entities/regulations. When traveling domestically and internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification - in order to board a flight. Acceptable identification can be found by CLICKING HERE to visit the TSA website. Some examples may include enhanced driver's license, USA Passport (book or card where applicable), and/or a foreign government passport. It is important to state that the name, date of birth, and gender that appears on the required identification must match the same data that is on the airline ticket(s) and booking records. Royal Wanderlust strongly recommends that travelers take into account that certain countries may not allow entrance to a passenger if their passport expires within six (6) months of the scheduled return departure date from that country, and does not have at least two (2) blank pages for stamps. Non-U.S. citizens may be required to provide additional documentation. Children and infants, no matter the age, are also required to provide such travel documents for international travel. Minors with one parent, and/or without both parents - may also be permitted or stopped from entry into a foreign country - unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities. In addition, the CBP requires that for US travel groups with child groups under the age of 19 - arriving by land or sea from contiguous territory and traveling with a religious group, social or cultural organization, school group or sports team - may also present an original copy of the child's birth certificate, a Naturalization Certificate or Consular Report of Birth Abroad. The parent or legal guardian must also provide written consent to the supervising adult or Group Leader as proof of travel authorization. As the customer, you acknowledge that any failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport screening/security checkpoint, causing a missed flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel bookings on tours and/or cruises.
When you receive any and all travel documents, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and verify that all information is accurate. Customer accepts responsibility to contact Royal Wanderlust immediately if changes or corrections are required.
Travel Entry & Exit Requirements
Every foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses; regardless of whether it is within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or past offense and are unsure how the country you are traveling to or through views that offense, please be sure to contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. Royal Wanderlust believes it would be an invasion of privacy for any of our employees to make such an inquiry; therefore it is the responsibility of each customer to verify these requirements.
Safety & Risks
Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Please be advised that Royal Wanderlust urges all customers to remain informed, on a regular basis as to the current news/events at their desired or booked travel destination. In addition, review all travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government - prior to booking travel to any destination, whether domestic or international. It is also recommended that international travelers register for the free Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). STEP is a free service that is provided by the U.S. Government for U.S. citizens who are traveling to or living in a foreign country. Travelers will be able to enter important details regarding your international trip, so that the Department of State can better assist you in the event of an emergency. BY OFFERING TRAVEL SERVICES TO A PARTICULAR TRAVEL DESTINATION, ROYAL WANDERLUST DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS ARE ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT ANY RISK. ROYAL WANDERLUST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS, DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS. CUSTOMER PARTICIPATION (BOOKING) CONSTITUTES ACCEPTABCE OF SUCH EVENTS AT THE CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK.
Access & Information for Travel Bookings
By utilizing our website and services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and make travel bookings with Royal Wanderlust by any means. You agree that you will be financially responsible for all your travel bookings (as well as for use of your accounts by others, including without limitation, minors residing with you). You agree to supervisor any and all usage of Royal Wanderlust communications by minors under your name or account. Additionally, you warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household to transact business using Royal Wanderlust is true and accurate. Without limitation - any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is strictly prohibited. Customer agrees that the travel services utilized through Royal Wanderlust, shall only be used to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person whom you are legally authorized to act on the behalf of.
Separate supplier/vendor terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and any purchase of travel related goods and services that you select and book. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Royal Wanderlust and any supplier with whom you elect to deal; including, but not limited to: payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, services, and/or products. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's terms and conditions of purchase may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in being denied access to flights, cruises, hotels, ground transportation, trains or other automobiles; in forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Royal Wanderlust debiting your account for any costs Royal Wanderlust incurs as a result of such violation. You, as the customer, are wholly responsible for all charges, duties, fees, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through the access provided by Royal Wanderlust
Payments & Cancellations
Unless otherwise defined during the reservation/booking process, final payment is due prior to departure or use - according to each supplier/vendors terms and conditions involved in booking(s). If any balance due (final and full) is not received by the applicable due date, your reservations are subject to cancellation and any deposits may be forfeited in part or whole; according to the terms and conditions of the booking. Your right to a refund, if you modify or cancel your travel plans, is limited. As a result of cancellation, where applicable, Royal Wanderlust and the third-party supplier or vendors cancellation penalty policy will apply. These details are outlined in your travel documents, each supplier's website and/or Royal Wanderlust's website for Wanderlust Trips. Cancellation penalties are provided at the time of booking and upon confirmation of said booking. If you have any questions or concerns or believe that any penalties are clear, please contact the Royal Wanderlust Team. Any subjected cancellation fees or penalties will either be deducted from an eligible refund or charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for the travel services booked.
Air Travel | Flight Check-in | Schedule Reconfirmation
UNLESS REQUESTED, BOOKED, AND SET FORTH IN WRITING, Airline reservations are not included in your travel booking. In such event, it is the customers sole responsibility to make appropriate air/flight arrangements - as well as transportation to/from the destination where the travel booking originates and returns. Royal Wanderlust shall not assume any responsibility for air and/or ground schedule changes. In some instances - when departing from a foreign country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only; and may vary in price. Due to enhanced security, Royal Wanderlust highly recommends that travelers check-in online at least 24-hours (or earlier when available) prior to your scheduled flight departure time. In addition, travelers should arrive at the airport at least a minimum of 2-hours prior to the schedule departure time for domestic flights, and at least a minimum of 3-hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Failure to utilize your flight reservation may result in result in the automatic cancellation of all continuing and returning flights; as well as forfeiture of airfare use and/or eligible refunds.

Tours: Minimum Requirements & Unused Bookings
In some instances, tours may be based on contracted rates; especially for group tours and tours that are part of a Wanderlust Trip hosted by Royal Wanderlust. If a traveler fails to utilize any portion of a tour, there will be no refunds. Most group tours are based on a minimum number of travelers participating in the activity booked. In the event the number of travelers/passengers fall below the required minimum, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.
Currency Fluctuations
Currency exchange rates are subject to change at any time as they fluctuate numerous times a day. Where applicable, pricing is subject to change based upon currency exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment; which may result in a difference in the amount due depending on the currency utilized for payment.
Modifications of Confirmed Booking
In the event you decide to change any portion of your confirmed booking arrangements prior to departure, or during travel, we will attempt to assist you as possible within our ability. Customers must understand that certain bookings may not be changed. All desired changes must be made in writing to Royal Wanderlust. A CHANGE TO ANY RESERVATION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO ROYAL WANDERLUST.
Health & Security Requirements
Every customer is individually responsible for making absolute certain that they have the proper immunizations required and document to reflecting such immunizations prior to travel; and make the necessary accommodations for security rules imposed by the government authorities. ROYAL WANDERLUST SHALL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF HEALTH REQUIREMENTS OR VACCINATIONS AND/OR DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO DEPARTURE OR UPON LANDING AT THE FINAL TRAVEL DESTINATION. TRAVELERS MUST DEFER TO THEIR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FOR ADVICE. If you are concerned about receiving or taking any medications or immunizations, check with your healthcare provider BEFORE BOOKING. Hazardous Materials
U.S. Federal Law strictly prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials on an aircraft. This includes inside a passenger's luggage and/or on their person. A violation can result in five (5) years imprisonment and penalties of $250,00 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials can include but are not limited to compressed gases, flammable liquids and/or solids, explosives, poisons, etc. Permitted are special exceptions for small quantities of up to 70 ounces total of medicinal and toilet articles to be carried in the passenger's luggage and also certain smoking materials can be carried on the traveler's person. Limitations of Responsibility & Disclosure
It is hereby advised that Royal Wanderlust solely acts as a booking agent for disclosed suppliers to include airlines, hotels, air charters, cruise lines, bus companies, ground transportation, boat companies, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services ("supplier(s)" and/or "vendors"); and is not the source or provider of travel services. Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Royal Wanderlust. Customers are advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documents are those who are solely responsible for providing the travel services purchased, consents to the use of those suppliers, understands and agrees that each supplier's terms and conditions are contained in printed and/or electronic form and/or are set forth on their respective websites; which governs the transactions. All bookings are accepted by Royal Wanderlust as the applicable agent for the travel supplies on your itinerary. Accommodations, transportation and other services provided by the identified sea, ground, and air operator suppliers offered are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets or vouchers issued by them and/or the suppliers, including the terms and conditions provided on their websites. BECAUSE ROYAL WANDERLUST AS ONLY AS AN AGENT FOR THE DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIERS, RW DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE OPERATIONS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT OPERATORS AND SUPPLIERS. YOU AGREE THAT ROYAL WANDERLUST IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMANGE, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF USE OF THESE SERVICES. ROYAL WANDERLUST, HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES IN CONNNECTION WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER BOOKING THROUGH ROYAL WANDERLUST'S OFFICES OR THROUGH ITS WEBSITE; INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY ACT, ERROR OR OMISSION, INJURY OR LOSS, ACIDENT, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED THROUGH THE FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL ACTS, OMISSIONS OR OTHERWISE OF SUCH SUPPLIER OR OF ANY SUPPLIER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, SERVANTS, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES. INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR THEIR PARTIAL OR INADEQUATE DELIVERY OF SERVICES, FUEL INCREASES, AND OTHER MATTERS OUTSODE OF ROYAL WANDERLUST'S CONTROL. YOU HEREBY EXONERATE ROYAL WANDERLUST AND ITS EMPLOYES, AND KHM TRAVEL GROUP, FROM ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME. Weather conditions, including but not limited to the presence of or absence of snow, sunshine, and rain are not guaranteed to occur or not occur; and are strictly and clearly outside of Royal Wanderlust's control. Volcanic eruptions, wind, and ash clouds may be characterized as an adverse weather condition or a natural disaster by suppliers and your travel insurance/protection company; which is beyond the control of Royal Wanderlust. Royal Wanderlust has solely received commission and/or fees for travel transactions and Customer agrees and understands that any recovery from Royal Wanderlust will be limited to the commission and fees paid by the Customer that was actually received by Royal Wanderlust.
Right to Correct Errors/Offers
Royal Wanderlust reserves the right to correct any errors or offers. All offers/quotes are subject to availability and may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing or make any necessary corrections.
Force Majeure
Force Majeure is a term that means, in relation to Royal Wanderlust, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Royal Wanderlust, (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, insurrection, acts of terrorism, strikes, riots, civil disturbance, sickness, requisition, sabotage, insurrection, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather related conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife or other untoward occurrences.) ROYAL WANDERLUST SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO BE IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHERWISE LIABLE TO YOU BY ANY RESON OF DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OR BY NON-PERFORMANCE, OF ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY SUCH DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE IS DUE TO ANY REASON OF FORCE MAJEURE. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL PROTECTION/INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL TRAVEL.
In the event that Royal Wanderlust, and/or any of its suppliers, are impacted by Force Majeure - they shall be entitled to and may in their sole discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Any payment received by Royal Wanderlust for a Wanderlust trip may be refunded to you as a result of the non-performance of obligations, hereunder, shall remain at the sole and absolute discretion. Royal Wanderlust shall use its reasonable efforts to reimburse or refund a customer where possible. However, be advised that Royal Wanderlust is entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable - the reasonable actual and potential costs to Royal Wanderlust of the Force Majeure and applicable cancellation fees.
In the event of civil unrest, once Royal Wanderlust as investigated the prevailing situation, as it deems fit, it shall remain in Royal Wanderlust's sole discretion whether or not to proceed with a Wanderlust Trip. You may, in such circumstances, cancel the trip - subject to Royal Wanderlust's and each suppliers terms and conditions.
Travel Protection/Insurance
Royal Wanderlust offers access to many optional products and services to enhance every travel experience where available. These options include travel protection/insurance; which provide protection to travelers and their travel investment. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED, TRAVEL PROTECTION/INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR ITINERARY OR BOOKING TO PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR YOUR SELECTED TRAVEL COMPONENTS. PROPER INSURANCE MAY PROVIDE PROTECTION FROM POSSIBLE FINANCIAL LOST IN ALMOST ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Without the appropriate level of travel protection/insurance, customer understands and agrees that if you cancel or interrupt your travel for any reason (even through no fault of your own), portions of the trip and/or tour may not be refunded and Royal Wanderlust's and travel supplier cancellation penalties will apply. Such application will likely result in the loss of some or all monies of the customers travel booking and other related costs. Travel protection/insurance is not a required purchase in order to book any services or products offered by Royal Wanderlust. Employees of Royal Wanderlust are not qualified or authorized to answer any technical questions about the available benefits, exclusions and conditions of the benefit plan offer, nor evaluate the adequacy of any prospective insurance coverage. An additional charge applies towards the purchasing of a travel protection/insurance benefit plan.
Photographs & Videos
Royal Wanderlust reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event or during any travel related activity, without the express written consent of those included within the photograph or video. Royal Wanderlust may utilize the imagery in publications or other media material that is produced, used or contracted by Royal Wanderlust. This includes but is not limited to: invitations, books, brochures, newspaper, magazines, television, social media, websites, etc. Any person who desires to not have their photo taken or distributed must contact Royal Wanderlust in writing via postal mail at 7544 FM 1960 East #1525, Humble, Texas 77346; of his/her intentions and include a copy of the photograph.
No Editing or Copying
In no circumstances shall material from this website be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, republished, posted, transmitted, displayed, licensed, used to make a derivative of work, transferred, sold or distributed in any way without our advance written consent. No material on this website may be framed or mirrored on any other server or location. Unauthorized use of any such material on any computer environment or elsewhere is strictly prohibited.
Changes of These Terms
Royal Wanderlust reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Updated versions of these terms will be posted here on this website and are effective immediately upon posting. Please check this page frequently, especially before use of our services or this website, to see if these terms and conditions have changed. Use of this website and remittance of any payment(s) after any changes to these terms constitutes your consent to these changes.
Access to Password Protected/Secured Areas
Access to and use of any password protected and/or secure areas of this website are restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas on this website may be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowable by law.

The laws of the State of Texas, USA, govern these terms and conditions. By use of this website and/or our services, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Harris County, Texas, USA; in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings with Royal Wanderlust. Use of Royal Wanderlust's website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation, this paragraph.
If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, included but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations as set-forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded only by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent of the provision and agreement, shall continue in effect.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Royal Wanderlust, with respect to travel bookings/services made with Royal Wanderlust - by any means accessing such information, including its website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and applicable proposals; whether written, oral or electronic, between the Customer and Royal Wanderlust - with respect to communications with Royal Wanderlust, including the use of our website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
