You have taken the first step in hiring experienced Travel Consultants to assist you with your travel plans! Royal Wanderlust clients will have access to the RW team from the day you start planning until you return home from vacation. Any questions about planning, any concerns/emergencies that may arise on your trip and anything you may want to follow up on at the end of the trip...we are at your service!!

Effective February1, 2022, all new requests will be subject to a Planning & Consultation fee as outlined below. The Planning & Consultation fee is a one-time non-refundable flat fee that is assessed for each travel request and is paid by the lead traveler. This fee is not applied to your booking. All fees must be paid at the time your request is submitted.

 

• 1-4 travelers: $50 flat fee

• 5-9 travelers: $75 flat fee

• 10-19 travelers: $150 flat fee

• 20+ travelers: $300 flat fee
