Travelers ("Customer(s)") who elect to voluntarily travel during the COVID-19 pandemic, must acknowledge the COVID-19 Travel Waiver.

Customer agrees that they have requested Royal Wanderlust, an Independent Affiliate of KHM Travel Group ("Agency"), to make one or more travel bookings on their behalf. Customer acknowledges that there is a worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic that remains ongoing at this time; and for this reason, and for other reasons not foreseeable at this time, acknowledge that these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which the Agency has no control. Customer further acknowledges that the supplier's own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or later to be in effect, will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, customer understands that should they elect to purchase travel insurance/protection, the terms of that policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing below, customer hereby agrees to hold the Agency harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, traveler may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans.
